Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking a service or using our website. By booking an appointment or using the Elysian Head Spa website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services
Elysian Head Spa offers scalp treatments, head spa services, and related wellness services. Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
Our services are for general wellness purposes only and do not constitute medical treatment. If you have a medical condition affecting your scalp or hair, please consult a qualified healthcare provider before booking. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client at our discretion.
3. Bookings & Appointments
Appointments may be booked via our website or through our booking platform, Boulevard. By completing a booking, you confirm that:
The information you provided is accurate and complete
You are at least 18 years of age, or have parental or guardian consent
You will disclose any relevant health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your service
4. Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations. Appointments cancelled or missed within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in deposit forfeiture and a 50% service charge. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to the same cancellation charge.

5. Payments & Refunds
Payment is due at the time of service and is processed securely through Boulevard (Boulevard, Inc.). All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on completed services. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment and we will do our best to make it right.
Gift cards and prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by applicable law.
6. Health & Safety
Please inform your service provider of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, scalp conditions, or medications before your appointment. We are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions or allergies. Clients who appear unwell or show symptoms of a contagious illness may be asked to reschedule their appointment.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elysian Head Spa and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
Use of our website or services
Adverse reactions to products used during services where conditions were not disclosed
Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings on our premises
Service interruptions or appointment cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to that claim.
