  • Elysian memberships are designed to make consistent scalp and hair care easy and rewarding. Your membership includes a monthly or quarterly Head Spa experience, plus exclusive member perks and savings. You will receive email reminders to schedule so your care stays on track.

  • No. Our memberships are designed to support your routine without locking you into long-term contracts. You can manage or cancel your membership with 30 day notice.

  • Monthly memberships are billed once per month on the same date. Quarterly memberships are billed once per quarter. Your billing date is set at the time you enroll.

  • To maintain consistency of care, membership services are intended to be used within each billing cycle. If you need to reschedule within the same cycle, our team is happy to help when availability allows.

  • Members can book online or through our concierge scheduling, depending on plan level. You will also receive monthly email reminders to help you stay consistent.

  • Yes. If your needs change, you can upgrade your membership at any time. Our team can help you choose the best option based on your scalp and hair goals.

  • Quarterly Perks are bonus treatments or services included with your membership, such as peels or add-on experiences. Perks vary by membership level and rotate throughout the year.

  • Member discounts apply to select services, add-ons, and retail as outlined in your specific plan. Discounts may not be combined with other promotions.

  • Each membership includes a welcome gift, such as a BurBur brush. The specific gift varies by membership tier and is provided upon enrollment.

  • Memberships are intended for individual use. However, select plans offer gifting services and referral rewards.

  • For every client you refer who becomes a member, both you and your referral receive one extra Quarterly Perk as a thank you.
