The Elysian Loyalist membership program is for clients who value consistency, expert guidance, and long-term scalp and hair health. Membership is built around continuity of care, not one-time treatments.

Yes. Monthly memberships require a 4-month minimum commitment. Quarterly memberships require a 6-month minimum commitment. Memberships cannot be canceled during this initial period.

After the initial commitment, memberships continue on a rolling basis and may be canceled with written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

No. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Inclusions vary by tier and may evolve seasonally. Benefits may include Head Spa services, extended scalp consultations, retail savings, FoLix-related benefits, welcome gifts, concierge scheduling, gifting privileges, and priority access.

Yes. Unused membership value may roll forward for up to 90 days. After 90 days, unused value expires. Rollover does not accumulate beyond this window.

Yes. You may upgrade at any time by paying the prorated difference based on current membership rates.

Memberships may be paused once per calendar year for up to 90 days for qualifying circumstances. Requests must be submitted by email and are approved based on timing and availability.

Standard cancellation policies apply. Repeated late changes, cancellations, or no-shows may result in adjusted scheduling privileges to protect availability for the membership community.

Certain membership tiers are intentionally limited. If a tier closes, re-entry is not guaranteed.

For every client you refer who becomes a member, both you and your referral receive one extra Quarterly Perk as a thank you.

Yes. After your initial commitment period, pricing and benefits may be updated with advance notice to support the integrity of the program.
