What Your Sessions Look Like
Every session begins with a microscopic scalp analysis. Your Treatment Specialist reads what's actually happening at the scalp before anything is applied — and builds from there.
For clients managing product buildup, excess oil, dryness, flaking, or hair growth concerns, our signature head spa pathway — the Alchemist — moves through scalp exfoliation, deep cleansing, detoxifying scalp treatment, steam, hot towels, essential oils, and our Yume method Shiatsu scalp massage. It stimulates circulation at the hair follicle level and restores the kind of balance that over-the-counter cleansers and moisturizers can't reach on their own.
For clients who need to actually stop — the Retreat pathway is built around that. Slow, rhythmic scalp massage layered with aromatherapy, warm towels, and hydrating treatments that work on the nervous system as much as the scalp. The stress relief people feel leaving is physiological, not incidental. Intentional scalp massage has documented effects on cortisol levels that extend well past the session itself.
Both pathways are available as 60-minute focused head spa sessions or 90-minute extended sessions. Add-ons — including hair mask treatments, shoulder massage, and upper body work — are available based on what your Treatment Specialist observes. Nothing is added for the sake of it.
For those who want scalp and skin addressed in the same visit, the Remedy is a 100-minute ritual that combines advanced scalp therapy with a full facial, lymphatic massage, and dual hair mask and skincare masking. Add a professional blow dry and it becomes The Ready. You leave with everything handled.
